Our DEI team is comprised of educators, researchers, trainers, strategists and experts in equity and emergency management. Our goal is to help create equitable organizations and systems. We assist organizations in developing tools to increase diverse representation, achieve equity and create inclusive environments.

Our team assists clients by increasing their ability to anticipate, prepare for, and respond to hazardous events, trends, or disturbances related to climate. Improving climate resilience involves assessing how climate change will create new, or alter current, climate-related risks, and taking steps to better cope with these risks.

THE SAVVY DIMENSION supports development and implementation of innovative community-based, mitigation and adaptation projects to enhance resilience in diverse, vulnerable and underserved communities. THE SAVVY DIMENSION works with clients to build their capacity to equitably mitigate risk and improve community resilience before and after disasters.
